Achim Winter, born 1958 in Munich, is CEO of CCR Logistics Systems AG and responsible for the units strategy and sales. Together with his brother he founded the company in 1991, both together are holding one third of the share capital of CCR. Since the merge of CCR, Cycleon and Vfw under the family brand of Reverse Logistics GmbH (RLG) in 2007 Mr. Winter is also managing director at the RLG. This includes his position as CEO at Vfw and Cycleon.

RLG is the leading pan-European provider of Reverse Logistics solutions such as Warranty Parts Management, Trade in and Clearing as well as Waste Management. RLG is as well offering pan-European fulfilment of WEEE, ELV, battery, packaging, waste oil legislation.

Before starting with CCR, Mr. Winter was owner of a forwarding agency for various products, founded by himself during his studies. Mr. Winter is accepted as specialist in the field of logistics and networking.

2006 Mr. Winter was voted as representative of the stock exchange listed companies into the registration committee of the Munich stock exchange. In 2006 and 2007 he was nominated into the final round of "Entrepreneur of the Year".

Mr. Winters membership of the ifo institute gives in the same way proof of his public engagement as his advisory role for the European Parliament in issues regarding circular flow economy.
