Adrian Dickinson is DHL Logistic's Innovations Director. Over the seven years of working in global logistics, Adrian has covered a range of significant issues including developing new solutions, performance management and project managing business integration. For the last eighteen months, Adrian's prime focus has been on developing WEEE and Reverse Logistics businesses. In this role, he has travelled across EMEA to pull together the group's wide range of capabilities as well as uncover best practice across the region.
Adrian graduated in Mathematics from Cambridge University before working as a management consultant based in various offices across the world including, London, Munich and Syndey. After being awarded an MBA by INSEAD, Adrian joined Ocean Group which merged with Exel in 2000 and was then acquired and became part of DHL in 2005. His main passion outside of work and family life is sailing, the most ecologically sound form of global travel.
Adrian brings a fresh perspective to the concept of WEEE that combines experiences from across Europe and Japan as well as the logistics disciplines necessary to provide reliable and cost effective solutions to the new obligations facing industry.
