Ahmad is the Senior Vice President, Customer Relations and Chief Reverse Logistics Evangelist for Reverse Logistics Association.

Ahmad is responsible for committing executives to share their career experience on the process of reverse logistics at RLA's Workshops, Seminars and Trade Shows as presenters, panelists and keynote speakers. He will also be working closely to ensure that the experiences, challenges and successes of industry executives are shared with members through the Reverse Logistics Magazine. He is also directly responsible for the management of RL Quote, a free online service for Retailers & OEMs. RL Quote provides Third Party Service Providers (3PSPs) a simplified way to receive RFIs online while connecting them with companies looking for RL services.

Ahmad was previously Senior Producer at Worldwide Business Research and has held positions with the World Research Group, and the International Quality and Productivity Center. Over the past five years, he has been responsible for the research, development, production and management of countless senior level executive summits within the high tech, financial, automotive, aerospace & defense, pharmaceutical and heavy manufacturing industries, including the Interlog series of events in the United States. He has also served as Chairman of the Aftermarket Service and Support Leadership Council and Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Leadership Council. A graduate of the State University of New York, College at Oneonta, Ahmad resides in the Upper East Side of New York City.
