Allen Hurley is President and CEO of Image 1 Wireless, Inc., a premier provider of repair, remanufacturing and reverse logistics services to the wireless industry. Allen founded this Northeast Tennessee-based company in 1998. The company currently maintains 5 level 3 Repair Authorizations for Audiovox, Kyocera, LG, Motorola and Nokia. The company administers warranty repair services, over-the-counter exchange, repair & return and various other program scenarios for Tier 1, 2 and 3 Carriers as well as major manufacturers.

Prior to founding Image 1 Wireless, Allen held a variety of technical and marketing positions for carriers such as GTE, Centel Cellular, Sprint Cellular, 360 Communications and Alltel where he owned 4 retail locations in Tennessee Markets. His 14 years experience in the industry spans carrier, retail agent and now the 3rd party repair and remanufacturing environment giving him a unique “full circle” perspective on the reverse logistics arena.
