With over 20 years reverse logistics experience, Ashley is currently the Director of Client Services for CLS Supply Chain Services. Her responsibilities include internal client operations for returns management, recall management and claims processing. Within these areas, she is responsible for customer satisfaction, customer reporting, recall center management, and check processing.

She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and information systems.
