Bernie Schaeffer is corporate vice president of Global Repair for Motorola's Integrated Supply Chain, which encompasses the global operations associated with procurement, new product introduction, manufacturing, customer fulfillment and repair. He is responsible for repair and reverse logistics operations across all Motorola businesses worldwide. His team provides both in- and out-of-warranty repairs, is the fulfillment engine for maintenance agreements and other value-added services, manages asset recovery on equipment returns and is the source of information on product field reliability.
