Bill has been at Ozark for 10 years and has been the President for the last 8 years. Bill’s background in finance, manufacturing, and quality has proved invaluable in transforming Ozark Electronics Repair Inc. into a premier reverse logistics company.

Bill started out as the CFO of the company in 1995. He automated all the financial reporting systems and established many of the benchmarking metrics that are used to this day by Ozark. Under Bill's leadership as President since 1997, Ozark has become a leader of innovation in the reverse logistics industry. Some of the noteworthy accomplishments under Bill's direction include ISO 9001-2000 certification, call center integration, real time virtual warehouse web based reporting, copyrighted screening / exception and reconciliation software development, full depot repair and warranty fulfillment services, digital night vision manufacturing, and medical equipment manufacturing.

Before joining the Ozark team, Bill was CFO of R&G Sloane manufacturing, and was the Chief Operating Officer of R&G Tecate Mexico. Other duties at Sloane included responsibilities for pipe and fitting production in Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. Bill also was the President of US Forgecraft Corp. that supplied critical defense department hardware for the first Gulf war according to Mil I 25408A quality regulations. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in business majoring in Accounting, and a minor in Finance. Bill is also a CPA and chairman of the local municipal Economic Development Advisory Commission.
