Bita Z Salimian is the Vice President and CEO of Video Audio Specialists Inc., an electronics company that provides services to the consumers and corporations in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has over 10 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry with strong leadership and managerial skills. She is currently responsible for the daily management and support to more than 15 major manufacturers, 15 Third Party Administrators, and all major hotels in Las Vegas.

Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, she oversees most of the departments internally including customer service, parts department, warehouse, road technicians, warranty, billing, accounting, and scheduling.

She works closely with the manufactures, third party service providers, retail dealers, hotels, and other end users in creating service strategies and programs.

In 2005 she was recruited by Fay Wood to sit on the Marketing and Membership committee by NESDA. In 2006 she became the Chairman of the First-Timers committee for NESDA. In 2008 she was appointed as the Chairman of NESDA RLA Consumer Retail Product Committee as NESDA's Representative.

She holds her Bachelors degree in Business Management and is currently in the Executives MBA program at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
