As Product Marketing Manager for ClickCommerce’ reverse logistics and repair applications, Bob brings 13 years of experience in developing physical and application solutions for the Reverse Supply Chain Management industry; I/T support applications for the ASP industry; managed-outsourcing services; and high-tech reverse logistics services to ClickCommerce. Previously held positions include Director of Business Development and Professional Services for Kirus, a startup software company specializing in reverse logistics and repair, and General Manager of Logistics Services for DecisionOne, an $800 million hi-tech service company. Additionally, Bob held various management positions in the reverse logistics and I/T consulting industry. Bob has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and the Executive Business Development Program at the Wharton School.
