Carl Vincent DuBose is the Manager, Product Packaging & Unsaleables for the PepsiCo company of Chicago. Prior to PepsiCo, he held positions at Hub One Logistics, Brach & Brock Confections, Nabisco, the American National Can Company and the Urban League of Greater Cleveland. Carl holds a BBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University and a MBA in Management from Baldwin Wallace College.

Carl has also served on the Board of Directors for The United Black Fund of Greater Cleveland, The DuSable Museum of African American History, and the Greater Chicago Foods Depository. He is a member of many professional organizations including INROADS Alumni Association, Warehouse Education and Research Council, The American Society of Transportation and Logistics and Reverse Logistics Association.

Carl lives in Plainfield, IL with his wife Sheila and daughter Lindsey. In his spare time, he enjoys music and basketball.
