As Director of Service Operations, Carlos has overall responsibilities for the management of Kyocera's Authorized Service Centers in North America. This includes monitoring the performance of existing service centers, and evaluating and authorizing new potential candidates in support of Service Providers' reverse logistics requirements.

Prior to joining Kyocera, Carlos worked for Deere & Co. Construction Equipment division for 10 years. Some of his experiences included R&D, production / manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, forward logistics and process improvement. Last assignment at John Deere was in the area of business integration for its international joint venture with Hitachi Construction Co. of Japan.

Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hawaii - Moana and an MBA from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
