Christina Loh is currently serving as the Director of Palm Enterprise Support. In this capacity she is responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing Palm’s business customer support services. Palm offers a suite of premium Enterprise Support programs, called PalmES, which enable companies to get the most out of their mobile computing solutions. The PalmES program provides various offerings and levels of support to meet the needs of business customers. PalmES offerings are designed to address a range of variables such as number of mobile devices deployed, multiple handset manufacturers and wireless operators, global reach, level of corporate vs. personal ownership, need to outsource some or all support and the amount of device customization. A critical component of the PalmES program is managing the replacement and repair of purchased and rented devices, regardless of OEM and wireless service provider.

Prior to joining Palm, Christina has over 14 years of customer experience consulting with Infosys, Accenture and Inforte. She has created and implemented customer relationship strategies for fortune 1000 clients across North America, Europe and Asia.
