The Reverse Logistics team is responsible primarily for RTV functions, liquidation sales of CE returns, and vendor inspection programs. In addition the team serves to educate buyers on the impact of return privilege, branding in the secondary market and the liquidation of internal assets.

This team concentrated on returning net saleable units to inventory. Additional duties included returns projections, QA standards and procedures for returns disposition. Consulted d on “As Is” web-site inventory management, returns dispositions projects and was involved in 3PLP negotiations.
