Claude Laval has been with HP for 20 years and he spent the last 3 years leading the Program Management Office in charge of the transformation of the Service Delivery for PSG EMEA; in this position he has been able to build on his broad experience of the supply-chain world developed at HP and three other companies, where he successively managed teams in manufacturing, process engineering and quality assurance. Before joining the Service Department, he was part of a consulting team chartered to improve HP supply chain efficiencies in the different product groups and regions through the use of analytical modeling in the areas of inventory optimization, supply chain design, forecasting, product warranty and distribution and manufacturing strategy.
