Dan and his team are responsible for global call center operations, repair operations, outbound logistics, and recovery and disposition of channel returns at palmOne, Inc., which designs and markets the world's leading handheld computer. The group is focused on restructuring palmOne's global call center footprint, implementing an integrated approach to channel returns management and resale, and continuous improvement of palmOne's worldwide repair outsourcing arrangement.
Most recently, Dan was the Director of Delivery Operations for the Webvan Group, responsible for nationwide courier operations and systems. Previously, Dan was a management consultant focused on operations and logistics management. Dan holds a B.S. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
