Dana Keeling’s broad experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing has positively positioned him for his current role as the Director of Reverse and Repair at Sprint Nextel. At Sprint, his responsibilities include the entire reverse logistics process with touch points in all sales channels, S&D, Product Development, Marketing and Base Management, transportation, returns processing, repair, vendor management, warehousing, inventory mgmt, recycling and fulfillment.

Prior to Sprint, Dana was a Plant Manager at Ingersoll Rand focused on consumer hardware manufacturing, assembly, quality and distribution.

Dana has over 15 years of experience in managing the value chain – both forward and reverse. He finds the business of reverse logistics both challenging and satisfying as it relates to taking cost out of and building satisfaction into the reverse model. Keeling’s focus on understanding how a company’s supply chain impacts customers – both positively and negatively – drives constant improvements in cost and performance through simplification, reduction of redundancies and leading his team to operational excellence.
