David Mowat is the Senior Manager for Service Supply Chain Systems and Tools within Services Technology at Cisco Systems. David is responsible for managing and developing the systems and tools infrastructure necessary to meet the strategic, and day to day operational needs for Cisco’s Service Supply Chain.

Cisco’s Service Supply Chain comprises over 1000 depot locations in 120 countries, supporting approximately 700k units delivered on an annual basis.

David has over 15 years of supply chain experience, the last 9 of which have been with Cisco, where he has managed supply chain planning, logistics, repair and order management teams within EMEA, and also supply chain planning for Latin America. His latest assignment sees David now living in the US, where he is working on enhancing the service supply chain systems and tools. Prior to Cisco, David spent 6 years at Ingram Micro in the UK. David holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Economics from the University of Birmingham, UK.
