As Director of Worldwide Reverse Logistics for Cisco Systems, Dean has responsibility for the management of several product return streams including trade in product up until and including disposition to refurbishment, re-sale or recycling.Prior to joining Cisco Systems, Dean was the Director of Reverse Logistics at Palm, Inc. where he was responsible for managing the transition of Palm's repair and reverse logistics processes to a world class, single partner global solution. Dean has held previous operations, management and procurement roles at Citigroup and computer maker Gateway Inc.
Dean has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Monash University in Melbourne Australia and an EMBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (University of New South Wales).
