Richard is a native of Rhode Island and has been in the electronics service industry for 37 years.

Mr. George retired from Sony Electronics as Director of Planning and Development for Sony Service Company. He has also been an Operations Manager in Factory Service and Refurbishing for Philips Electronics North American. Currently Mr. George works for Microsoft, as the Sr. Global Planning Manager for Xbox Repair and Refurbishing. He resides in Redmond, Washington.
