GENCO logo Now a 14 year veteran in Reverse Logistics, Don Rombach was promoted to Vice President of GENCO's Damage Research Team in 2002. Don was given responsibility for developing GENCO's Unsaleables Management business, direct the partnership with Damage Research, Inc. and position the unit for growth and full integration by GENCO.

As Vice President of GENCO's Damage Research Team, Don works closely with manufacturers in the food and beverage industry. His expertise lies in his ability to understand the dynamic business needs between trading partners and how those needs meet in the Reverse Logistics discipline. His focus on promoting collaboration and developing solutions that drive costs from the Reverse Logistics pipeline make him an asset to GENCO and the industry as a whole.

After earning his Bachelors of Science degree from Robert Morris University, in 1993, majoring in Business Administration, Rombach joined the GENCO team as operational supervisor. Don spent 2 years in this role implementing and running a 250,000 sqft return center for a leading retailer and was then promoted to GENCO's Business Development Team.

With first hand experience of a retailer's perspective on Reverse Logistics, Rombach expanded his depth of experience within Reverse Logistics as Director of Business Development with a focus on Consumer Goods Manufacturers.
