Ed Wodarski, Senior Executive in the Service Management Supply Chain practice at Accenture, has over 25 years of experience in the design, development and deployment of service parts management and reverse logistics systems. Ed gained practical knowledge delivering systems for Xerox and Nortel before joining a leading provider of collaborative Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions for Global 1000 organizations in 1991. Through his experience, Ed is considered one of the founders of the market currently known as Service Parts Planning. The reliance of service parts on reverse logistics and repair brought Ed into this arena where he designed and developed the Xelus Intelligent Reverse Logistics product.

At Xelus, he held a number of positions including Product Manager, Director of Global Consulting and Vice President of Strategy. Overall, he has worked with over 100 service parts and logistics organizations in various industries including high tech, aviation and large capital equipment manufacturing, given over 50 talks around the world and has been published and quoted in numerous trade journals. Ed has a BA in Applied Statistics from St. Bonaventure and an MBA in Operations Management and Finance from the University of Rochester.
