Eddie Evans has over 30 years experience in After Sales Support of ITC and Consumer Electronics companies, covering Depot Repair, Warranty Verification and Fulfillment, Field Service, Reverse Logistics, and Warehousing services.

In 1993, Eddie co-founded Service Solutions as a regional After Sales Service, Support and Repair Organisation, which now encompasses the ever-growing demands for Reverse Logistics solutions.

During his career, Eddie has been responsible for the established of regional Depot Repair facilities for NCR, NEC and Sun Microsystems and the establishment of Field Service operations for Sun Microsystems and Service Solutions in Australia.

As Infinet Service Solutions, the company now delivers Reverse Logistics, Depot Repair, Field Service and warehousing services to companies as diverse as Apple, BenQ, Eze DVD, FujiFilm, HP, IBM, JustDeals, Neoware, Plantronics, Panasonic, Radiant Systems, Reuters, Sun Microsystems, TomTom, and Tandberg Television.

Infinet Service Solutions also provides specialised component level PCB, LCD/TFT repair and dedicated On-Site Field Engineering Services to its customers.
