Mr. Schachte has 15 years veteran of the Food and Beverage Industry and with 5 years in Returns management and Disposal management. He has previous experience in Sales Planning, e-Commerce, Supply Planning and Demand Planning.

Mr. Schachte is presently the Reverse Logistics Manager at HJ Heinz where he was the recipient of the HJ Heinz Award for Excellence in 2002 and Heinz Hero Award for cost savings strategies in 2003.

He holds a bachelors degree in Accounting from Penn State University and an MBA from Duquesne University.
