Reporting to the Customer Service Organization within the Seagate, Gana’s current
responsibilities include managing service partners, inventory supply and warranty support in
Asia.
Based in Singapore, Gana joined Seagate at the end of 2005. He had also worked for Seagate
Service for 11 year previously in many different roles. In between, he had also managed a
independent service company and also worked as an Consultant.
Gana holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Quality Management
from Australia. He also has a graduate diploma in financial management.
