Mr. Rudd has 17 years experience holding management positions in both OEM and Reverse logistics companies in Europe (8 years), the US (8 years) and Australia (1 year).
He was with IBM for 9 years involved in positions over Manufacturing, Engineering and Business Development Management (HDD focus).
While at Xyratex International (MBO from IBM) – he held roles as Business Development Manger and General Manager at a new restart-up RL location in Roseville, Ca, USA. The transition from a multi billion to $200 million company provided focused management awareness of the dollars & cents. .
Mr. Rudd worked 4 years at Teleplan International from the RL divisional purchase from Xyratex. He also worked as US Business Development Director and VP Business Programs helping achieve growth from two locations of 40 employees to nine locations 1,800 employees. He was also involved with major account wins at HP, Compaq, Apple, Gateway, Quantum and Network Appliance while pushing world wide revenue growth from 218M to 544M EU.
Currently Mr. Rudd is with Microsoft as Regional Service Manager Australia, New Zealand & Singapore – Responsible for XBOX RL service and repair vendor account management.
