As Chief Operating Officer, Gina Chiarella brings over fifteen years of experience in sales, management, and business development to WeRecycle!. Gina holds a BS in Communication and has spearheaded many programs at WeRecycle! ranging from customer education, personnel development and environmental health and safety. Prior to her role as Chief Operating Officer, Gina led WeRecycle!'s sales and business development functions.

Gina is an active participant in the EPA Multi-Stakeholder Group for Electronics Recyclers Certification; creating and lobbying for Best Management Practices in the industry. She has conducted numerous educational traning sessions to municipalities, businesses, hospitals, and schools on proper management of used electronics and Universal Waste. Her diverse experience and talent allow her to contribute to many areas of WeRecycle's business.
