Gordon Mills has worked in Hewlett Packard’s Services division performing varied Reverse Logistics responsibilities for 30 years. He was a member of a Pioneering team that created HP’s Alternate Sourcing/Hardware Recycling Organization in 1988. Performing Process/Systems Development and Finance duties, by 2003, Gordon was Program Manager for the entire Reutilization Program that spanned all HP Commercial and Enterprise Products. This program uses several 3PSP’s including Tech Ed Networks, to process Channel Returns, Lease Returns, and Customer Tack Back, to produce Support Parts for HP’s Global Parts Supply Chain division. This operation represents the successful use of Product Returns as an Asset Recovery and Reuse opportunity that should not be dismissed by any Commercial or Enterprise Electronics Company.
Gordon recently left HP and is now Business Development Manager for Tech-Ed Networks, and is seeking new opportunities to use Corporate Responsibility and Stewardship to increase Revenue and Net Profits.
