Ian Foley is a principal at Harrow Associates, an operation consulting firm focusing on reverse logistics and inventory management. Harrow provides in-depth market research, sales channel analysis and operations improvement support to reduce the volume and cost of product returns. The company also uses an international network of pre-qualified buyers to source secondary markets for returned or excess equipment and recommends environmentally sustainable product end-of-life solutions.

Prior to Harrow Associates, Mr. Foley was managing director at MCC Global, an international investment bank, where he worked with consumer electronics companies undertaking mergers & acquisitions and post-transaction operations integration. Mr. Foley was earlier a vice president at Telecom Italia, where he was responsible for operational strategy, broadband product/services in North America and leading technology development. Mr. Foley also co-founded Metrius Consulting and was a manager at KPMG Consulting, which at both positions he helped leading consumer electronics and telecom companies with operations and supply chain consulting. Mr. Foley started his career as a journalist writing for Communications International.
