Joining Cisco in May 2006, Ian is responsible for the Inbound/Outbound logistics and 3rd Party Warehouse Management for Reverse Logistics processes for the EMEA theatre.

He operates within the overall World Wide Reverse Logistics organization, a relatively new team within Cisco with responsibility of the end-to-end processing of Cisco returns - from Asset recovery, pick up/receipt, re-use, to safe and environmentally sound disposal of Cisco products.

Ian's previous company 3Com provided him with extensive experience in the IT Reverse Logistics arena working in Repair Engineering, Repair Operations, 3rd Party and OEM Repair Management, and EMEA Warranty/Contract Service Operations.
