

James Pearson is a specialist in sustainability risk issues. These risks include environmental health, safety, social and governance issues.
Mr Pearson has over 20 years of experience in the international sustainability risk consultancy industry and has been located in the United Kingdom , Hong Kong and Bangkok . He has extensive experience in management consultancy, project management and direction of multi-jurisdictional and multi facility studies addressing business and management risks from an environmental, social, governance (ESG) awareness and sustainable perspective.
He has advised many companies managing and implementing sustainability issues into their supply chain and conducted numerous assessments to determine practical solutions. In the recycling and electronics industry he has advised on programs to meet client Environmental Health and Safety expectations, supply chain sustainability risks, social and ESG compliance and overall strategic implementation.
Mr Pearson is fully conversant with the ever increasing regional regulatory requirements and enforcement of sustainability issues, greater investor and stakeholder awareness, and demand for transparency, sustainability and corporate governance.
He is also the Sustainability Advisor to a number of Private Equity funds, Real Estate funds and Clean-technology portfolios. In these roles he provides guidance and direction on managing the sustainability issues related to the investments and ensure adequate systems are in place to maximize the potential returns for exiting the investments through public offerings.
