Jay is a 16 year Wal-Mart associate, located in Bentonville, Arkansas. He started as an hourly associate in 1990 at the Printing and Mailing Distribution Center.In 1997 he joined the Hardlines Return Center in Bentonville, during his four year tenure at the Return Center he managed each area of the operations.
Jay relocated to Georgia in 2001 to assist with start up operations of Wal-Mart.com fulfillment, where he managed various areas of the operations. From 2003 to 2005 Jay had responsibility for the Wal-Mart.com DVD Rental Distribution Network.
In 2005 he was promoted and relocated back to Bentonville to manage the reverse logistics network for Wal-Mart.com, which includes responsibilities such as: supplier relations, transportation, training, asset recovery, compliance, and strategic planning.
