Mr. Redford has over 27 years of experience in the Computer Service & Support Business. Prior to founding Jeff Redford & Associates he held positions as Senior Vice President at Call Center Links, Chief Executive Officer for Delta Group, Inc., an 8 state regional third party computer maintenance company, and as Director of Service Operations for Micron Computer Services, Inc. Mr. Redford’s experience as both a provider and a customer of logistics management, depot repair services and on-site third party maintenance programs bring a unique perspective to the JRA management team.

Jeff Redford & Associates was formed as a Subchapter S Corporation by a small group of seasoned professionals from the computer service and support industry. As more product sales have been driven to the World Wide Web, the need to economically support these sales remotely has emerged. The demand for programs that provide valuable customer and product support has increased but few players have emerged to assist companies accurately planning and delivering these services at the lowest possible cost. JRA specializes in providing the tools for companies who must deliver this value, reduce the burden of warranty costs while enhancing their margins through premium service sales.
