Jeffrey Harrison is the Director of Business Operations at Blue Raven Technology. Blue Raven has over 23 years experience in the reverse logistics industry, specializing in electronic repair, service part fulfillment and returns management.

Jeff joined Blue Raven in 2003 and has had several senior leadership roles in business process development, sourcing, product management, marketing and sales enablement. With a focus on speed and quality, Jeff ensures that Blue Raven’s customers benefit form optimized processes, differentiated services and focused messaging.

Jeff holds a BS degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
