Jeremy Murchland has over 10 years of mobile phone and retail management experience. He is the current Head of Customer Service for Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications (USA) Inc. and is responsible for all post sales support channels in North America including all repair operations, a reverse logistics/distribution hub, call center, and a field quality support team. Prior to this, Jeremy was the Director of Sales responsible for regional operators, distributors, and retailers in the United States.

Before joining Sony Ericsson in 2000, Jeremy worked for Circuit City in various sales and operations management positions.
