
Jeremy is the Vice President of Global Marketing Solutions and Sales at The Reverse Logistics Association. In addition to his responsibilities in sales and marketing, Jeremy also provides support with RL Magazine, the Association’s trade magazine for the reverse logistics industry. Jeremy has also been involved with the development and implementation of the research program for the Association as well as the RLA Industry Committees.
Prior to joining the Reverse Logistics Association Jeremy worked over eight years in the customer service and reverse logistics industry providing services to OEM, ODM, Retail and Branded companies providing services for their depot repair, recycling, asset management, “B” channel management, warranty management, warehousing, fulfillment management and end-of-life manufacturing. Along with providing these services, Jeremy has been a pivotal part in outsourcing key parts of the business to help not only in costs, location, customer satisfaction, but in the CSR arena as well. Along with generating new business opportunities, Jeremy was also responsible for creating and establishing the CSR initiative within the company by partnering with non-profit organizations and building the CSR program.
Jeremy holds a bachelors degree from the University of Utah and a MBA from the University of Phoenix in Global Management. Currently, Jeremy is an instructor for the University of Phoenix in Supply Chain Management.
On a personal note — Jeremy spent two years in Korea where he studied the culture, customs and learned to speak the language while giving service in the Pusan region. He lives in the Austin, Texas area with his wife and four children.
