Jerry and his team are responsible for Worldwide Service Center Operations, Domestic Mail-in Repairs and Channel Returns at Eastman Kodak Company. His group is responsible to provide cost effective, expeditious processing of consumer and retail digital product returns and to develop strategies that enable best practices in Kodak’s repair and returns business Worldwide.

Over the last 24 years Jerry has held positions in World Wide Service and Manufacturing Management, International Transition Management, Field Service Management, High Volume Manufacturing, Service Engineering and Professional Recruitment.

Jerry is a graduate of University of Detroit. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
