Jesse LaRose is President of ESE Solutions, a consulting and management company focused on helping organizations achieve their environmental, social and economic goals through implementing zero waste and sustainability programs.

Jesse previously directed the retail sales and national account management activities for Rand-Whitney Recycling, a division of The Kraft Group. He was responsible for the company's sales strategy and accounts such as CVS and BJ's Wholesale Club.

Prior to that, Jesse managed The Home Depot's Waste Management and Recycling programs. He was responsible for programs to manage and divert from landfills the 2 billion pounds of solid waste that Home Depot's retail locations produced. He also worked for Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. as Operations Manager at Bombardier Aerospace's NADC and in various roles within the marketing and sales organizations.

Jesse holds Bachelors of Science degrees in Engineering and Industrial Management from Purdue University.
