Jesús Guerro, Professor of Operations, Reverse Logistics and Supply Chain Management, IE Business School. Professor Guerro specialities include: International Business Development Strategy, Crisis Management, Organizational and Behaviour Change, Negotiation and Global Logistics Process Management: Jesús joined the IE Faculty in 2008. He leads the forum on Processes Management and writes in the Operations blog weekly. Guerro has also published articles in the national newspaper “Cinco días”.

Professor Guerro states, “We need a clear global vision of our objectives in order to define our competitive service delivery and way in which all areas integrate in ongoing added value.”

He also believes that reverse logistics activities bring the opportunity to be differentiated in the market and turn from cost centered to profit centered activities as a result of customer service perception, secondary markets and corporate social responsibility.
