Jim Schoessling is Vice President of Operations for Servigistics Reverse Logistics Team . In this role, Jim oversees the division’s research and development, product management, professional services and global customer support departments. Prior to joining Servigistics in 2006, Jim had 15 years of experience in various Supply Chain and manufacturing roles including seven years at Lucent Technologies where he held various operations and strategy leadership positions within its global supply chain team. Prior to Lucent, Jim held management positions at Motorola and at a manufacturing technology start up. He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University and a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
