John Benardino is currently a Sr. Director of Post Sales Operations for HP's Imaging and Printing Group. In his position, John is responsible for credit issuance, engineering, remanufacturing, channel return programs, product remarketing, end customer product repair and all return related costs. His product responsibilities cover printing, digital imaging, supplies, scanners, and shared printing.Over his thirteen years of experience with HP. John has lead outsourcing efforts for, procurement, call centers, logistics, manufacturing and financial administration. These efforts expanded across HP's businesses, including Test and Measurement, Telecommunication, Consumer/Commercial PC and Printing. John is also experienced in building adjacent markets for PCs & Printers. These markets include business to business to consumer, direct and auction.
John graduated from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Purchasing Logistic Management with graduate concentration in supply change management.
