After Sony, Jose went to work for Philips service for 4 years where he was responsible for 20 Philips Service Centers – 3 Phillips owned Depot refurbishing centers & 2 outsourced refurbishing facilities. He managed field service over the authorized servicers in the US as well as tech publications and sustaining engineering.
He joined Microsoft in 2000 to establish worldwide repair of X-box console from the ground up. Building a world class team he integrated systems, processes and partnerships with expert service partners.
