Joseph has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Operations Management in Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. He currently leads the Logistics teams in Asia Pacific and Japan.

In the last few years he has implemented various innovative logistics initiatives within the company. Some of these were breakthrough strategies and earned him various accolades and awards.

Joseph takes a keen interest in Information Technology, Finance and Behavioral Sciences. In the era of IT boom, we are constantly bombarded with information overload. He believes that to be successful in any logistics programs implementation various aspects need to be considered especially the behavioral aspects. He will share his experience on behavioral approach to systematic solution.

Joseph is a graduate in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
