Karina Grassy is the Operations Manager for Digital Commerce at Nike based in The Netherlands where she is responsible for establishing and managing start up execution of new e-business by setting up the logistics, customer service, fraud management and payment processes for Nikestore.com EMEA. She manages total daily business operations to overall service level expectations/standards, including daily order management and review, logistics (forward, reverse and exceptions), carrier performance, customer service, fraud review and payment processing.

Karina has more than 13 years experience in merchandise and retailing with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Operations, with an excellent achievement record in the start-up and development of a European retail market. Prior to Nike, she was a Supply Chain Manager for Starbucks Coffee Deutschland GmbH. She also held various managerial positions at Dohle Handelsgroup Siegburg, Deventer Logistics and Carl Jungkunz.

Karina has an MBA in International Retailing from the Stirling University Scotland.
