As Service After Sales Manager for DYMO, Katrien is responsible for implementation, daily management and optimization of the European warranty returns platform. Prior to joining DYMO in 2006, she worked in fashion retail for 3 years as a management trainee, B-to-B manager and sample supply chain coordinator.

Katrien has a Master in Business Engineering with specialization in Marketing and Logistics.
