Ken Plue is the Head of Repair Operations for Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications (USA) Inc.

In this role he is responsible for the overall quality and performance of all certified repair vendors supporting the repair and refurbishment of North American returns.

Plue has been in the wireless industry for over 14 years and has held positions within Sony Ericsson in Field Engineering Support as well as Repair Operations.

Prior to joining Ericsson in 1998 he had held Regional Service Manager positions with Oki Telecom and LG.

Plue holds a B.S. in Technical Management and an A.S. in Electronic Engineering.
