Mr. Purfey is currently AICPA's National Spokesperson for SOX - Audit Committee Responsibilities, and Corporate Governance. Personally installed SOX and COSO Compliance at 21 High-tech and Biotech companies. Mr. Purfey has over 30 years of executive financial experience mostly in Fortune 200 firms. In the last 12 years, Ken has been the Chief Financial Officer of three other high tech and computer information technology companies.

Ken is the co-Chair of the RLA Focus Committee on Standards.
