As Vice President of Secondary Markets for Best Buy Co., Inc., a
multinational retailer of technology and entertainment products and
services, Kevin Winneroski is responsible for establishing the vision
and goals for the company's end of life, closeout, and returned /
refurbished products. In this newly created group, Kevin and his team
are building new strategies and capabilities to create a vibrant
marketplace for B2B and B2C consumers to purchase high demand consumer
electronics products.
Winneroski joined Best Buy in 1999 as a merchandise leader for computer
accessories and has applied his passion for creating inspiring customer
experiences in several business areas since. This includes roles as Vice
President of Merchandising in Digital Imaging, Merchandising Director
positions in notebooks and televisions and an assignment in Shanghai as
Senior Director of Sourcing for Best Buy Asia. He was appointed to his
current position in August of 2008.
Prior to Best Buy, Winneroski was a general manager for Computer
Renaissance, a U.S. computer franchise, and also held various
merchandising positions for Target Corporation. Kevin is a 1988
graduate of Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan.
