KH Tan is currently serves as Senior Service Program Manager of DELL Global BV in Singapore Branch. At DELL, Mr. Tan work direct involve in global service program for the laser products. Prior to DELL, Mr. Tan was with 3M Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. where he is responsible to set-up, develop and manage the after sales service infrastructure for display commodities in the Asia Pacific region. During his time with Apple Computer Ltd., Singapore Branch, he worked as a Display Test Development Engineer for the monitor products, which include global service program.

Customer Experience is very important in Reverse Logistics and Technical Support. Examples of how different industries attempt to improve the Customer Experience through different means will be presented. The workshop will also cover the tools that Dell has implemented over the past year to improve Customer Experience and regain customer interest.
