

Mr. Norman recently joined ClearOrbit as Senior Manager, Enterprise Returns Management, where he will oversee ClearOrbit's ambitious market development in the exploding returns management sector.
Mr. Norman is formally of Newgistics, where he managed all facets of Newgistics' relationships with clients such as Eddie Bauer, Footlocker, J. Crew, and J. Jill. During his tenure there, he dramatically improved consumer returns experience, reduced customer operational costs, improved retention, and customer acquisition rates. He also helped to conduct joint application design with clients such as Home Shopping Network and Neiman Marcus. Prior to his tenure at Newgistics, Mr. Norman worked with USWeb/CKS, Netsolve, and TMD, where he served such clients as AT&T, Bass Hotels, Texas Instruments, and Dell. Mr. Norman holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
