Liane Bandanza is celebrating almost 20 years of management with Hewlett Packard. Her experience includes Credit and Collections, Customer Support and Reverse Logistics. In her current role as a Returns Customer Support Manager, she focuses attention on the post-sales activities in support of Hewlett-Packard’s Consumer and Commercial Channel Partners.

For the past six years, she has been a member of various transition teams chartered with the planning of out-source and in-source returns programs to US-based Third Parties, and to operations in Bangalore, India and Guadalajara, Mexico.

Liane resides with her daughter and son in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California, and works at Hewlett-Packard’s Roseville, California location.
